The 28 Formations
Your archetype is the broad shape. Your formation is the specific one: how far your native strength runs, and how much of the other side you can still reach.
The Forger, the Manifestor, the Warrioress and the Starlet each divide into seven formations, running from a deep deficit on one end to an integrated formation on the other. Two people can share an archetype and look nothing alike, and the formation is what explains why. In the app these are called Landmarks, and Layer 2 of the quiz places you in one.
The Forger: Seven Formations
Seeking the Inner Child. A structured, stoic man who learned to prioritize action and self-reliance over emotional vulnerability.
The Manifestor: Seven Formations
Seeking the Outer Adult. An internal, dreaming man who lives close to his Anima, possessing deep sensitivity and creativity.
The Warrioress: Seven Formations
Seeking the Outer Child. A competent, independent woman forged in the absence of softness, on a journey to reclaim her receptivity.
The Starlet: Seven Formations
Seeking the Inner Adult. An emotionally expressive woman seeking protection and containment while building her own inner stability.
